Friends of a five-year-old girl struck and killed by a bus took time on Saturday to remember her life.

The funeral for Cheramara Motley was Saturday morning at A.L. Beal Mortuary.

She was riding on the back of her brother's bike last month when the pair was hit by an SUV, then thrown into the path of a Metro bus.

Motley's brother, Gregory Womack, is in serious condition at a local hospital.
