Funeral For Hit & Run Victim
The funeral was Thursday for a 19-year-old struck and killed by a hit and run driver.

The funeral was Thursday for a 19-year-old struck and killed by a hit and run driver.
Emily Starkloff was hit after she got off a metro bus early Monday morning in the Central West End.
A visitation began at 11:00am at the St. Louis University Chapel. A funeral mass followed at noon.
An officer patrolling the area spotted Starkloff lying in the road.
Investigators said Starkloff tried to cross the street when she was hit by a car.
The car fled the scene and driver has not been caught.
Emily's father, Max Starkloff, is the founder of paraquad.
